Will doing all the assessments and following guidance remove all the risks and areas of weakness facing our Community Scheme?

Our assessment tools will help you to identify most areas of weakness, vulnerability and risk in the Community Scheme and provide feedback around mitigation and possible solutions to these.

This is however not the entire solution in itself as there may be other risks facing the scheme. Your Community Scheme will then have to implement a broader risk management framework solution (e.g. HelpOurScheme Framework) to implement actions to reduce or remove all the identified risks and areas of weakness.

Remember that each property scheme is unique and the risks you face are wide ranging, complex and constantly evolving.
