6. PAYMENT METHODS

Monthly payments for the respective service modules are required to be paid in advance. HelpOurScheme utilises PayFast for payments and all payments must be made in accordance with the requirements of PayFast.

Until such time as payment is received in full for the respective service options, no services will be provided.

Termination or cessation of the service will be subject to PayFast terms and conditions and not refundable in the normal course.

15. DISPUTES

In the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between the parties on any matter provided for in, or arising out of this agreement and not resolved through the customer services department of HelpOurScheme then such a dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Johannesburg in English.

16. DOMICILIUM

Dott Risk Consultants (Pty) Ltd trading as HelpOurScheme choose as their domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 7 Sunninghill Office Park, Peltier Dr, Sunninghill, Sandton, 2128, South Africa

17. TERM AND TERMINATION

This agreement shall commence when the user registers on the HelpOurScheme site and continues indefinitely until terminated by HelpOurScheme or the customer.
