About Community Property Risks
HelpOurScheme makes use of 16 broad areas of risk to assess weaknesses and areas of vulnerability of a Community Scheme.
These are: Property Complexity, Management Complexity, Financial Control, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Levies/Debtors, Operational, Regulatory and Legal and Governance and Oversight.
The extended areas of assessment include HR/People, IT/Technology, Fraud/Theft/Criminality, Strategy and Planning, Physical and Environmental, Socio Economic and Reputation risks.
