CommPropRisk (CPR) is a risk management tool for Professional Managing Agents and the Trustees/Directors/Estate Management/Office Bearers of self-managed Community Property Schemes, to help them identify the risks and vulnerability to risk and weaknesses of the Schemes under their management or responsibility.
The tool focuses on the critical areas of Property and Management Complexity, Physical Assets, Financial Control, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Expense Management, Levies/Debtors, Operations, Governance and Oversight, Regulatory and Compliance.
The feedback and guidance provided by the tool will not only facilitate the improvement of risk management and governance in Community Schemes but will help Managing Agents/Trustees/Directors/Estate Management/Office Bearers/Developers/Operators to focus on the key areas of risk, weakness and responsibility.
The tool can also play a major part in educating both the employees of Managing Agents and Trustees/Directors/Estate Management/Office Bearers, by facilitating a broader focus on the management of Community Schemes.
